These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pickertoolbox.com and the tools and services available on it ("the Service"), operated by PickerToolbox ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

PickerToolbox provides a set of free, browser-based randomisation and decision-making tools, including a wheel spinner, a list picker, a grid picker, and a decision maker. All tools run entirely within your browser using JavaScript. No user-submitted content is transmitted to or stored on our servers as part of normal tool operation.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to all users without age restriction for general use. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Service under appropriate parental or guardian supervision.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to engage in or facilitate any unlawful activity.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers.

• Represent the Service as your own product or remove any attribution to PickerToolbox.

4. No account required

The Service does not require users to create an account, provide personal information, or authenticate in any way. You may use all tools immediately and without restriction. We do not collect the names, lists, or other content you enter into the tools.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the source code, design, text, graphics, and user interface — is the property of PickerToolbox and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

The wheel configurations you create using share URLs encode only your input data (names, colours, weights). We claim no ownership over the content you enter into the tools.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Google AdSense sets cookies and collects data in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy, which is separate from ours. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed by Google AdSense or for Google's data practices. 7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results produced by the tools are suitable for any particular purpose, including but not limited to legal compliance, gambling, or security-sensitive applications.

While we use window.crypto.getRandomValues() for all random selections — a cryptographically secure random number generator — we make no guarantee that any particular outcome is achievable or that the tools are suitable for use in contexts with legal or regulatory requirements around randomness.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PickerToolbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Availability and modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
